UI/UX User experience (UX) is the interaction and experience users have with a company’s products and services. User interface (UI) is the specific asset users interact with. User experience (UX) design is the process design teams use to create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users, and eventually to the buyers. This involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability and function. The user interface (UI) is the point of human-computer interaction and communication in a device. This can include display screens, keyboards, a mouse and the appearance of a desktop. It is also the way through which a user interacts with an application or a website.
The UX/UI Design of the application improves the user experience and customer satisfaction that ultimately helps increase the number of users of the specific application.
We believe that the best interfaces are almost invisible to the user. They avoid unnecessary elements and are clear in the language they use on labels and in messaging.
Our strategy is by using common elements in the UI, users feel more comfortable and are able to get things done more quickly. The end goal is usability, if they already know how to use it because it’s familiair – our goal is achieved.
